What does MailPop access in my mailbox?
MailPop accesses only what is necessary to show real-time notification previews (such as sender, subject, timestamp, unread status, and a short snippet when provided by the email provider).
Do you store my emails on your servers?
No. MailPop is designed to minimize data collection. By default, your connected account tokens and settings are stored locally on your device.
How do I request data deletion?
Disconnect accounts in the app, revoke access in your provider settings (Google/Microsoft), or uninstall the app. For help, email us with the subject: “MailPop Data Deletion Request”.
